Essential criteria

1. Experience in the support and integration of End User Computing ICT infrastructure, Windows Server infrastructure, Virtualisation Infrastructure, and both physical and virtual appliances;
2. Experience with automating systems, tasks and processes to reduce the overall support burden for the ICT Team;
3. Proven client service experience highly effective written and oral communication skills to enable you to communicate with influence to people at all levels;
4. Ability to Develop documentation such as user knowledge base articles and technical knowledge base articles.
